QuickBooks Changeover

With the ending of QuickBooks Desktop we are able to offer clients help in changing to QuickBooks OnLine.

This will normally consist of :

• Verification of the data file and back up.

• Use MoveMyBooks to transfer the file to QuickBooks on Line.

• Verify that the transfer is successful and correct any errors.

• Run after import routines on the vat returns and bank reconciliations.

• Customise invoice templates.

• Connect bank and credit card accounts and ensure the correct dates are used to import transactions.

• Show the client the basic functions of the system, bearing in mind the difference between Desktop and On Line.
