Chris Devereux-Cooke FCG FAIA

Chris Devereux-Cooke international accountant and chartered secretary has had many years experience in commerce and industry. His experience ranges from working in manufacturing industry to rock and roll travel, by way of shipping and computers and a few others besides. He has been finance director for several large businesses including a plc.

He started the firm in 1996 and moved the business into a limited company in 2003. A Fellow of the Association of International Accountants , a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute he specialises in accounts and tax matters for individuals, sole traders, partnerships, limited companies, landlords and contractors.

Anne-Marie Minihane BA (Hons) PGCE

Anne-Marie was a teacher in a former life, but she decided a change of career was in order. She now acts as general administrator for the firm and also gets involved in payroll and bookkeeping.
